Excellent little venue, absolutely perfect location so close to cafe / restaurant and the Sunshine Coast and the river, Noosa Junction & Hastings Street, loved our stay. Every employee we encountered was reasonably good. Booked a room with nice views across the lake.

The hotel is conveniently located next to excellent restaurants, cafes, and the Farmer's Markets. It's an easy walk to the river for a lovely evening stroll and to nearby dining options. - the Bakers Pantry, where I dined, was just a short walk away from the hotel.

The rooms were very clean - well furnished. Pool was clean and warmed. Staff were very hands on and nice to deal with.
We would have like to have spent our whole time there. We spent a week at the Break Fast hotel in Hervey Bay - The Anchor Motel would have been much nicer to stay at for the whole week. We only stayed at the Anchor because our plane didn't leave Brisbane until Saturday night and we only booked in at the Break Fast unitl Friday and really didn't want to spend another night there.

Location ie: close walk into Gympie Tce Noosaville to shops, cafes and restuarants. Pay Tv: Always good to catch a movie "ad free" Roominess of the room. We were extremely pleased when Reception allowed us to check in early (915am) as room was ready and available. This then allowed us to get changed before attending a birthday luncheon. Under cover parking for the car.
The reverse cycle air conditioner did not work on the "heat" mode. Noosaville was experiencing a snap cold change with low temperature and rain. It would have been good to have been able to warm up the room in the evening. Also the air conditioner was very dusty on the louvres and appeared the filters had not been cleaned either. Whilst the bed was satisfactory and roomy enough, and always a bonus when no dip in the middle, I felt for the room tariff, that a more comfortable "pillow top" mattress would have been appropriate in the rooms.
